Role: Lead Designer (2025) / Sole Creative Lead & Designer (2026)

Scope: Full-Scale Brand Evolution, Responsive Web Design, Motion Graphics & Video Production, Large-Format Environmental Design, Print Production, Omnichannel Social Suite

Entrusted with the complete multi-channel visual transformation of the Uptown Asian Festival (UAF) over two consecutive years. Progressing from Lead Designer in 2025 to Sole Creative Lead in 2026, oversaw the absolute end-to-end creative pipeline. Designed a dynamic ecosystem spanning responsive websites, cinematic videos, physical environmental structures, and multi-platform marketing assets to engage tens of thousands of festival attendees.

Thematic Art Direction & Execution

  • 2025 Campaign — Immersive Outdoor Illumination .Engineered a high-contrast, atmospheric visual identity specifically designed to launch and promote the festival’s inaugural immersive outdoor light show. By strategically utilizing vibrant neon motifs contrasted against premium, dark backdrops, the creative execution successfully simulated a glowing, experiential environment across all digital and spatial touchpoints, significantly driving public anticipation and onsite engagement.

  • Spearheaded a strategic creative pivot for the subsequent edition, transitioning the festival's visual identity into a significantly brighter, more energetic, and contemporary aesthetic. A central masterpiece of this direction was a bespoke logotype engineered for the keyword "ASIAN," which meticulously synthesized diverse regional architecture and iconography into cohesive, minimalist letterforms. The typographic narrative clever-mapped pan-Asian heritage: the first "A" structurally references Iran’s Azadi Tower, the "S" captures the fluid motion of the traditional Chinese dragon, the "I" embodies South Korea’s N Seoul Tower, the second "A" mirrors the timeless geometry of a Japanese Torii gate, and the "N" echoes the iconic silhouette of India's Taj Mahal. This phase deployed an uplifting, daylight-optimized color palette combined with clean, structured layout hierarchies to maximize public visibility across the city and successfully modernize the festival's overall community perception.

Core Creative Deliverables
