Outstanding Women Awards — 2025 & 2026 Awards Gala

Role: Lead / Sole Experiential, Event & Motion Designer

Scope: Ultra-Wide Stage Digital Design (60ft × 10ft), Video Production (Opening & Winner Intro Videos), Editorial Layout (Program Book), Event Branding, Print Production, Wayfinding Systems

Retained as the sole creative lead for consecutive years to orchestrate the complete digital, dynamic, and environmental visual ecosystem for the prestigious "Outstanding Women Awards" Gala (2025 and 2026 editions). Tasked with conceptualizing and executing two entirely distinct thematic directions year-over-year, the role demanded deep aesthetic versatility, translating complex abstract concepts into highly immersive 360-degree event experiences.

Thematic Art Direction & Execution

2025 Edition — Theme: "Enchanted Forest & Floral Bloom" Visual Concept: Crafted an organic, empowering aesthetic centered around resilience, growth, and renewal. Execution: Developed a lush, vibrant visual language fusing intricate botanical illustrations with deep forest palettes. This theme was seamlessly translated into immersive red-carpet photo activations and organic, loopable motion backdrops that brought the main stage LED screens to life.

2026 Edition — Theme: "Symphonic Harmony & Classical Elegance" Visual Concept: Engineered a high-end, sophisticated aesthetic inspired by the precise structures and timeless grace of classical orchestration. Execution: Utilized minimalist geometry, fluid linework reminiscent of musical waves, and premium metallic/monochromatic tones. The design established a majestic, reverent atmosphere across all large-format stage graphics and media backdrops.

Comprehensive Cross-Media Deliverables (Both Editions)

Immersive Stage Motion Graphics: Produced high-caliber cinematic Opening Videos and animated Winners Introduction Videos custom-fitted for the main stage screens, creating a high-energy, television-broadcast-level pacing for the awards ceremonies.
Premium Editorial Publications: Designed the official, multi-page gala Program Books for both years from cover to cover. Utilized strict typographic grid layout systems to elegantly organize nominee biographies, sponsor rosters, and corporate schedules.
End-to-End Event Collateral & Interactive Print: Designed high-security admission tickets, custom interactive Bingo cards, and meticulously mapped seating plans to streamline guest logistics while maintaining theme integrity.
Spatial Activations & Wayfinding: Engineered large-scale physical photo zones (打卡位) and media walls tailored to optimize social media exposure, ensuring that the brand aesthetic surrounded attendees from the moment of entry.
